# ORDERBOSS > Order management platform for delivery restaurants. All order channels (own online shop, phone, external platforms) flow together automatically, with menu management, kitchen display, driver management, telephony and customer data in one system. ## What is ORDERBOSS? ORDERBOSS is a platform built for delivery restaurants that brings all order channels, kitchen operations, driver logistics and telephony into one system. Whether orders come from your own online shop, phone calls or external platforms, they all land in one place, flow through the kitchen display and go out with your drivers. No retyping, no switching between apps. ## Who is it for? Delivery restaurants, pizza shops, kebab houses, sushi bars and any food business that takes orders from multiple channels and delivers to customers. Especially businesses that currently juggle separate systems for online orders, phone orders, kitchen management and driver coordination. ## Target Market - Primary: Germany (DACH region) - Secondary: Turkey, international English-speaking markets - Segment: Small to mid-sized delivery restaurants (1–10 locations) ## Two Apps ### Storefront (Customer Shop) Branded online shop for each restaurant. Customers order directly. Mobile-optimized PWA with cart, checkout, order tracking and multiple payment methods. Also installable as an app on their phone. ### Studio (Operator Panel) The management hub for the restaurant team. Handles orders, kitchen display, driver coordination, contacts, telephony, device management and settings. Offline-first architecture that works without internet and syncs when back online. Available as native app on iOS, Android, tablet and desktop. ## Features ### All Channels, One Inbox Orders from your own shop, phone or external platforms land in one list automatically. No retyping, no switching between apps, no double entries. ### Your Own Online Shop Your own online shop under your brand, on your own domain with automatic TLS, or on an orderboss.io subdomain for an instant start. Your colors, your prices, your customer data. The shop opens and closes with your business hours. ### Menu Management Import an existing menu from a photo or PDF instead of typing it in. Edit prices and descriptions in plain language, set option surcharges per variant (extra cheese can cost more on the family size), maintain ingredients, allergens and additives, and reuse shared option groups across products. ### Ingredient Availability Switching one ingredient off marks every dish that cannot be made without it as sold out, in the customer shop and in the operator's order entry. Optional ingredients disappear from the selection while the dish stays orderable; a cart line that already carries one is refused at checkout. ### Delivery Zones and Fees Delivery fees are staged by distance and order value, with free delivery above a configurable threshold. Addresses outside the delivery zone are rejected server-side, for shop and phone orders alike. ### Kitchen Display All orders appear automatically on the kitchen display. Sequence, priority, status: everything at a glance, with the tenant's prep time feeding the customer's delivery estimate. No paper slip gets lost. ### Order Lifecycle Tracking Every order moves through a clear pipeline: placed → accepted → preparing → ready → picked up → delivered. The team sees real-time status, the customer gets updates. ### Driver Management Which order is ready? Who delivers where? Drivers see their routes with live tracking on a map, the restaurant sees real-time status. Fewer calls, fewer questions, faster delivery. Smart route planning is coming next. ### Telephony Full telephony integration with call history, real-time call status tracking (ringing, connected, missed, no-answer) and multi-PBX support. Currently supports Fritz!Box and 3CX, with an extensible adapter architecture. ### Caller Recognition Before you pick up the phone, you see who is calling. Name, recent orders, address. The conversation starts where it counts. The order is taken in the same screen while the call is running, with address autocompletion and a live delivery fee. Incoming call notifications appear in real time across all connected devices. ### Contact Management Every order and every call automatically updates the contact. Name, phone number (E.164 normalized), address, last order. Multiple addresses per contact, automatic deduplication, source tracking. All there when you need it. No manual entry. ### Printing Receipts print automatically via ESC/POS network printers. Kitchen tickets can be enabled optionally. Automatic printer discovery on the local network, offline print queue with retry, multiple printers per store, test print with device info, and a warning when a printer stops responding. ### Metrics Revenue for the day, week and month, each against the previous period, plus order counts, average order value and bestsellers. Driver routes are counted per driver for the month. ### Gateway Device Dedicated hardware (CoreMP135) for in-store device management. Connects printers, displays incoming calls on a built-in screen, integrates with the Fritz!Box call monitor. Receives OTA firmware updates. ### Offline Mode Contacts, order history, calls and settings are stored locally via RxDB. Even when connection drops, you see everything and can keep working. Once back online, everything syncs automatically with conflict resolution. ### Native App ORDERBOSS runs as an app on tablet, phone and desktop via Capacitor (iOS 15+, Android API 24+). Push notifications for new orders and missed calls, background GPS for drivers, haptic feedback, camera for delivery photos. ## Technology - Server-side rendered apps (Qwik) for fast page loads - Offline-first architecture with RxDB and real-time sync - Event-driven backend with NATS JetStream - Native apps via Capacitor (iOS, Android) and PWA - Multi-tenant with row-level security - Full audit trail via event sourcing ## Company - **Name**: ORDERBOSS UG (haftungsbeschränkt) - **Founders**: Oliver Warzecha & Marcelle Hövelmanns - **Managing director**: Marcelle Hövelmanns - **Registered office**: Hürth, Germany - **Commercial register**: Amtsgericht Köln, HRB 129877 - **Location**: Im Mediapark 5, 50670 Cologne, Germany - **Website**: https://orderboss.io - **Contact**: hello@orderboss.io, +49 2233 4606830 ## Availability - Status: Pre-launch (some restaurants already using the system) - General availability: July 2026 - Pre-registration: Open at https://orderboss.io - Languages: German, English, Turkish ## Links - [Homepage (German)](https://orderboss.io/de/): Product overview and pre-registration - [Homepage (English)](https://orderboss.io/en/): English edition of the homepage - [Homepage (Turkish)](https://orderboss.io/tr/): Turkish edition of the homepage - [Features (German)](https://orderboss.io/de/features/): Full feature list - [Features (English)](https://orderboss.io/en/features/): English edition of the feature list - [Features (Turkish)](https://orderboss.io/tr/features/): Turkish edition of the feature list - [Imprint](https://orderboss.io/de/imprint/): Legal provider details for ORDERBOSS UG (haftungsbeschränkt) - [Privacy policy](https://orderboss.io/de/privacy/): Data handling on the site and in the platform - [Short version](https://orderboss.io/llms.txt): Condensed llms.txt with the same link index ## What ORDERBOSS is NOT - Not a POS or cash register system - Not a marketplace (restaurants keep their revenue and customer data) - Not a food delivery platform like Lieferando, Wolt or Uber Eats - Not a generic restaurant management tool ORDERBOSS is a dedicated order management platform for delivery restaurants that own their customer relationships. ## Common Questions **What is ORDERBOSS?** A platform for delivery restaurants that brings online orders, phone orders, kitchen display, driver logistics and telephony into one system. **How is ORDERBOSS different from Lieferando?** Lieferando is a marketplace. The system works without internet and syncs automatically when the connection returns. **What phone systems does ORDERBOSS support?** Fritz!Box and 3CX, with an extensible adapter architecture for additional PBX systems. **Is ORDERBOSS available yet?** Some restaurants are already using ORDERBOSS. General availability starts in July 2026. Pre-registration is open at https://orderboss.io.
