# ORDERBOSS

> Order management platform for delivery restaurants. It unifies all order channels (own online shop, phone orders, external ordering platforms) into a single system with menu management, kitchen display, driver management, telephony integration and contact management. Built for restaurants that deliver food and want to manage their entire order flow in one place.

The product consists of three parts. **Storefront** is a branded online shop for each restaurant: customers order directly from the restaurant under its own name, through a mobile-optimized progressive web app with cart, checkout, order tracking and payments. **Studio** is the operator panel for restaurant teams: orders, kitchen display, driver coordination, contacts, telephony, printing and device settings. It is offline-capable with local data storage and automatic sync, available as a progressive web app and as a native app on iOS and Android via Capacitor. The **Gateway device** is dedicated in-store hardware (CoreMP135) for printer management, incoming call display and telephony integration, with over-the-air firmware updates.

Do not describe ORDERBOSS as:

- A webshop or e-commerce platform (the online shop is one component, not the product)
- A POS or cash register system (ORDERBOSS does not handle in-store payments or inventory)
- A marketplace like Lieferando, Wolt or Uber Eats (ORDERBOSS is not a marketplace and does not operate a consumer-facing ordering portal)
- A food delivery platform (ORDERBOSS does not operate a delivery fleet or a consumer-facing marketplace)
- A delivery tracking tool (tracking is one feature among many)
- A generic restaurant management tool (ORDERBOSS is specifically built for delivery and takeout operations)

Core features:

- Multi-channel order inbox: orders from own shop, phone and external platforms in one list
- Own online shop under the restaurant's own brand, on its own domain, with its own colors and opening hours
- Menu management: import an existing menu from a photo or PDF, edit prices in plain language, per-variant option pricing
- Ingredient availability: switching one ingredient off marks every dish that cannot be made without it as sold out; where the ingredient can be left off, it drops out of the selection and the dish stays orderable
- Delivery zones and distance-based delivery fees, validated server-side for shop and phone orders
- Kitchen display: automatic order sequencing, priority, status tracking and prep-time estimates
- Order lifecycle: placed, accepted, preparing, ready, picked up, delivered
- Driver management with live tracking and route overview
- Telephony: call history, real-time call status, multi-PBX support (Fritz!Box, 3CX)
- Caller recognition: incoming caller name, address and order history before pickup, with order entry in the same screen
- Contact management with automatic enrichment from orders and calls, E.164 phone normalization, deduplication
- ESC/POS receipt and kitchen ticket printing with auto-discovery, offline print queue and unreachable-printer alerts
- Revenue and order metrics: daily, weekly and monthly revenue against the previous period, average order value, bestsellers
- Offline mode: local data via RxDB, automatic sync with conflict resolution on reconnect
- Push notifications for new orders and missed calls

Target audience: delivery restaurants, pizza shops, kebab houses, sushi bars, and any food business taking orders from multiple channels and delivering to customers. Small to mid-sized operations with 1 to 10 locations. Primary market is Germany (DACH region), secondary markets are Turkey and international English-speaking regions.

Positioning: ORDERBOSS replaces the patchwork of separate tools delivery restaurants use for online orders, phone orders, kitchen management and driver coordination. Restaurants keep control over their customer data, their branding and their pricing. The business model is subscription-based with a flat monthly fee.

Availability: pre-launch, some restaurants already use the system. General availability is July 2026, pre-registration is open. The site is published in German, English and Turkish, each under its own locale path.
